Telehealth/E-Visits provide our patients with the ongoing care that is needed during this challenging time. Physical and Occupational Therapists have the ability to work with their patients when it is needed the most.
During a Telehealth session patients receive:
- Individualized 1:1 treatment session
- Exercise programs designed for their needs
- Instruction and cueing for correct form
- Safety techniques and precautions in the home
- Family and HHA education
- ADL training
